What you get

How Website API and integration support actually works

Concrete deliverables — no vague SaaS jargon. Each engagement is sized to your business and reviewed monthly.

Webhook repair

Fix inbound and outbound webhooks, signatures, retries, payload formats, and endpoint routing.

CRM handoffs

Connect forms to CRM, email marketing, ticketing, booking, and automation tools.

Payments and checkout

Review Stripe, WooCommerce, subscription, and checkout integrations when events or receipts fail.

Auth and tokens

Rotate API keys, OAuth credentials, secrets, and permissions safely.

Custom endpoints

Build or repair Laravel, PHP, and WordPress endpoints for business workflows.

Observability

Add logging, alerts, and simple status checks so failures are easier to spot.

From experience

Integrations our team has actually wired

Our team has implemented and repaired checkout, tax, and CRM syncs — PayPal, Stripe, Avalara, Salesforce, HubSpot — on Magento and WordPress stacks. We do not publish ticket counts from that era.

The failure we see most is not “the API is down.” It is a mapping: tax that does not change by location, a product name overwritten on every sync, or a notification template that no longer prints the submitted fields. We test with real cases and leave the mapping written down.

  • Payments

PayPal and Stripe, including the emails that have to leave the server.

  • Tax

Avalara and location rules proven with more than one address.

  • CRM sync

Salesforce and HubSpot mappings that should not clobber the catalog.

From experience

Situations our team has handled

Anonymized examples from recent support work (2025–2026). Incomplete outcomes stay incomplete — we do not invent a clean ending.

2026

Checkout tax had to differ by location

What they saw
Checkout needed location-dependent tax calculation configured and verified.
What we found
The tax integration was connected but had not been proven against real location cases.
What we did
Different locations were tested until they produced the expected differing tax rates.

Rewritten from internal notes. No client names. Dated in the current 2025–2026 window.

Access usually needed

Website admin or code access, the third-party app account, API documentation, test credentials where available, and examples of failed records help us diagnose quickly.

Symptoms we fix

A strong fit when

  • Website leads are not reaching the CRM or automation tool
  • Webhook deliveries are failing, duplicated, or missing data
  • Payment, booking, subscription, or order events are not syncing
  • An API token expired, permissions changed, or a vendor updated its API
  • A custom integration exists but nobody knows how it works
  • You need a reliable integration before launching a campaign or workflow

Our process

How integration support works

  1. 1

    Map flow

Identify source system, destination system, trigger, payload, auth method, and expected outcome.

  2. 2

    Reproduce

Run a test and inspect logs, request payloads, API responses, and third-party delivery history.

  3. 3

    Fix auth

Repair tokens, secrets, OAuth apps, scopes, endpoint URLs, and permissions.

  4. 4

    Repair logic

Fix payload mapping, validation, retries, duplicate handling, and error states.

  5. 5

    Validate

Confirm the full workflow with test and real-world scenarios.

  6. 6

    Document

Record what connects to what, where credentials live, and what to check if it fails again.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect website forms to a CRM?
Yes. We can repair or build handoffs to CRMs, email platforms, ticketing tools, booking systems, and automation platforms.
Do you work with Stripe and WooCommerce?
Yes. We troubleshoot checkout, webhooks, receipts, subscriptions, order events, and related email notifications.
Can you fix custom API code?
Yes. We support Laravel, PHP, WordPress, and custom endpoints where the code and documentation are available.
Do you store API keys?
We prefer secure handoff and documented ownership. If ongoing support is needed, credentials can be stored in a managed client process.
Can you add monitoring?
Yes. We can add logging, alerts, and simple checks so integration failures are visible faster.
Do you work on Magento, or only WordPress stores?
Both. Our team has recovered Magento admin fatals, tuned catalog queries, and proven location-based tax. WooCommerce and Shopify storefronts, plus PayPal, Stripe, Avalara, Salesforce, and HubSpot, are in the same experience — without published ticket counts from that era.
